Bike the whole Heritage Rail
trail in Pennsylvania--a distance of 21 miles. Then ride to the
Northern Central in Maryland--a distance of 19 miles, for a total of
40+ miles!! You will be on your own. If you have enough
energy left, then rock climb at our camp site the following
morning. |

Philmont Scout Ranch Trek* |
Visit Pikes Peak, the Garden of the Gods and
whitewater
raft a class 4 river in route to this National Scout High Adventure
Base
in the Southern Rockies of New Mexico. There take a 11 day backpacking
trek
of your choice to the Tooth of Time and many more peaks. Spend the
afternoons
doing such activities as-Horseback riding, pole and or rock climbing,
mtn.
biking, panning for gold, burro racing and much more. An experience of
a
life time awaits! |

Gunks Mountain Bike Trip |
Trek along the old carriage roads of
Minnewaska
State Park in the Shawangunk Mountains of New York. You will be on your
own
with the option of doing more miles than the rest of the Troop.
Highlights
will be the awe inspiring view from Castle Point and a swim at Lake
Awosting! |

Backpack, navigate, rock climb and kayak with
snorkeling
for a week in the wilderness of Hidden Valley Scout Reservation in New
Hampshire. |

Surf and ocean kayak around the cape to the
Hen
and Chicken Shoal which is a half mile out and teeming with fish and
sea
turtles with a option to snorkel. Near this is a ship wreck with all
awhile
kayaking with dolphins! |
